Local government advocate attends White House holiday party

Milford Mayor Archie Campbell attended a holiday party at the White House Dec. 16, representing Milford and Delaware at large. Campbell served from 2022 to 2024 as president of the Delaware League of Local Governments.

While Campbell has stepped down as DLLG president, he is succeeded by Town of Clayton Mayor Nick Smith, who took office Jan. 1. Campbell, a longtime local government advocate, now serves as president of the Sussex County Association of Towns.
