The Delaware Hotel & Lodging Association recognized outstanding individuals and their exceptional contributions to the state’s hospitality industry during the 2025 Stars of the Industry Awards held April 10, at Hyatt Place Wilmington Riverfront.
The Front of House Employee of the Year Award was presented to Nicci Ferenczi of Coast Rehoboth Beach.
The Stars of the Industry Awards highlight exemplary service and commitment in a range of categories, from front-line employees to management and educators. The event reflects DHLA’s ongoing mission to support and recognize those who uplift the guest experience and contribute to the strength of Delaware’s tourism economy.
