Local chefs and real estate professionals showcased their culinary prowess, offering attendees a tantalizing array of dishes spanning various cuisines. From savory appetizers to mouthwatering desserts, each bite not only delighted taste buds but also contributed to Habitat for Humanity's mission of providing affordable housing solutions in Sussex County.
Winners were: first-place appetizer: Jose Quinones for his empanadas; second-place appetizer: Margaret Poisson for her teriyaki meatballs; third-place appetizer: Leslie Byrne for her parmesan artichokes; first-place entree: Billie Wilkinson for her lobster mac ‘n’ cheese; second-place entree: Edith Chilelli for her pierogies; third-place entree: James Riddle for his pork loin; first-place dessert: Stephanie Moody for her caramel banana crème pie; second-place dessert: Emel Safoglu for her baklava; and third-place dessert: Natalie Dixon for her s’mores fudge bars.
