Luca Miller wins DBP Rookie of the Year

Luca Miller, a rising senior at Cape Henlopen High School, earned Dewey Beach Patrol Rookie of the Year honors in the competition held July 12 at Dagsworthy Avenue.
“It was an outstanding rookie test/USLA certification test for open-water rescue,” said DBP Capt. Todd Fritchman. “”It’s apparent that the lieutenants have prepared all of the rookies well, as they all passed with flying colors.”
