Irish eyes are smiling at Irish Eyes Lewes and Milton, where the restaurants are serving the traditional corned beef and cabbage with potatoes and soda bread March 17, until 8 p.m., for take out. “It’s a little different this year than most years, but we have a few people working and meals to go,” owner Tom Jones said. General Manager Dana Smith pointed to a canister that is collecting tips for the workers who aren’t working today, but who will need help in the coming months.
