Mariachi dine and donate to benefit ESL program Nov. 9

A dine and donate event at Mariachi Restaurant is set for 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., Tuesday, Nov. 9. Mariachi will donate 15 percent of the proceeds to the English as a Second Language program in Rehoboth.

Sponsored by the Lutheran Church of Our Savior in Rehoboth Beach, the ESL program was founded in 2004 and has grown from 45 adult students to 150 or more each year. On-site and online classes are taught by volunteers Tuesday and Thursday mornings and evenings during the fall and winter sessions, with free childcare program provided for students’ children when classes are held on-site. 

Mariachi Restaurant is at 14 Wilmington Ave., Rehoboth Beach.
