I support Kathy McGuiness for 14th District representative. As auditor of Delaware, she familiarized herself with almost all, if not all, of the state agencies. She knows their weaknesses and their strengths. Kathy also understands what it will take to move us forward to a more sustainable future. This knowledge will be vital to a representative of the 14th District. Unlike the other candidates in the race, she will be able to hit the ground running as she takes her seat in the House. So, I urge everyone to vote for Kathy McGuiness in the primary Tuesday, Sept. 10.
