Milford Memorial Hospital welcomes leap year baby

Bayhealth - Milford Memorial Hospital welcomed a very special delivery on Feb. 29, a leap year baby.
Xavier Clayton Williams, who was born to Marquita Herrera of Lewes, weighed in at 8 pounds, 7.5 ounces and was 20 3/4 inches long. Xavier joins a very unique group of people whose actual birth date comes just once every four years.
As a special gift, Bayhealth - Milford Memorial nurses presented Xavier and his mother with a frog balloon and frog blanket. Pictured are Xavier and his mother Marquita.
