Milford officials cut ribbon on Windward Grove rental townhomes

The Greater Milford Chamber of Commerce welcomed a new rental townhome community to the city with a Dec. 4 ribbon cutting. 

A Jack Lingo Asset Management property, Windward Grove will feature a clubhouse, pool and fitness center.
