Millsboro library founder honored with memorial donation

The Millsboro Public Library recently received a major donation from David Frazier. 

Frazier presented the gift in memory of his mother, Virginia “Tommy” Frazier, who was the founder of the Millsboro library and president of the board until her recent death. David praised the work of the library and its dedicated staff.
