Millsboro man charged with sexual assault of minor
A 32-year-old Millsboro man has been charged with multiple felony charges related to sexual assaults of a minor.
Millsboro Police Department arrested Ryan Conner after an investigation dating back to 2020.
He was charged with two counts of first-degree sexual abuse by a person in a position of trust or authority, two counts of second-degree sexual abuse by a person in a position of trust or authority, one count of continuous sexual abuse of a child and one count of sexual solicitation of a child.
Conner was arraigned at Justice of the Peace Court 2 and committed to Sussex Correctional Institution in lieu of $264,000 cash bail.
