Milton receives new collection vehicle

To help deal with Canada geese droppings in Milton Memorial Park, the town has acquired a Tow and Collect Mini 700, a device designed to clean up the droppings.

Mayor John Collier said the geese raise their young near the park along the Broadkill River, leaving droppings that create a nuisance and potential health hazard. Funding for the vehicle came from the Milton Community Foundation.
