Movies at Midway offering morning film schedule

On Memorial Day weekend The Movies at Midway started opening at 10 a.m to offer 10:30 thru 11 a.m. show times. The Movies at Midway continues to open at 10 with morning show times.
"We want to offer our patrons a variety of times in order to make the most of the day light hours as the days become shorter and cooler," said Tiffany Derrickson, whose family owns the movie complex.
The Movies at Midway has had a very positive response from its patrons regarding the theater's new morning show times. "However attendance has been low and we want to make sure the community is aware of the morning screenings, and if attendance does not improve we may re-evaluate opening at 10 a.m.," she noted.
The Movies at Midway has all-digital projectors and a newly-renovated lobby with a new lounge seating area, flat screen TV in the lobby that show the newest movie previews, and all new LED lighting throughout the theater - and soon to be installed by Roger Signs, a new LED marquee.
"We want to offer our patrons a first class movie experience with flexible show times, digital technology and in a clean and comfortable atmosphere," Derrickson added.
The Movies at Midway will re-evaluate the morning screenings in the New Year.
