November 13, 2017

Active Adults Realty owners Kathy Sperl-Bell, broker, and Bill Bell, associate broker are pleased to welcome two new team members.

Ron Mercante completed real estate pre-licensing classes and received his real estate license in September. He immediately joined the team at Active Adults Realty. A native Delawarean, he was born and raised in Wilmington. Mercante and his wife Lauren live in Wilmington with their children, Riley Ann, 8, and Ronnie, 3. Mercante attended the University of Delaware, and he has more than 20 years of experience in sales management, finance and insurance. Although he is new to the real estate industry, he brings an extensive background working with the public and in sales where excellent customer service was required.

Anthony Bell completed his real estate pre-licensing classes in Wilmington in October. While in training, he is gaining experience by working as an assistant to the broker at the Lewes office. Prior to joining Active Adults Realty, Bell was a police officer in Middletown. From 2010 to 2016, he was with the United States Air Force Reserve where he was an aeromedical evacuation technician.

Although Active Adults Realty works with buyers and sellers all over Delaware, Mercante and Bell will primarily be focused helping buyer clients in New Castle and Kent counties.
