Nikki Ellen Knerr, loved her friends
Nikki Ellen Knerr, 78, of Lewes, passed away Saturday, Jan. 27, 2024, at Beebe Healthcare in Lewes.
Born June 12, 1945, in Harrisburg, Pa., she was the daughter of the late Robert and Ruth (Hursch) Knerr.
Nikki was a graduate of Central Dauphin High School. She owned Kreative Komposition Inc., a graphic art and printing company in Camp Hill, Pa. She loved entertaining, gardening, traveling, and was a huge Penn State football fan. Most of all, she loved being with her many, many friends. She served as president of the West Shore Area of Commerce and was an innovator in raising money for AIDS care and research with her Unity Festivals.
She is survived by her sister, Karen Hollen and her husband Robert; and numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and many, many special friends.
A Funeral Service will be held 11:30 a.m., Friday, Feb. 9, at Cremation & Burial Society of Pennsylvania, 4100 Jonestown Road, Harrisburg, Pa., with Rev. Michael Scalzi officiating. A viewing will be held at 10:30 a.m. until the time of service. Interment immediately to follow at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens, 6701 Jonestown Road, Harrisburg.
