One Call Services wins Best Home Remodeler in Delaware

One Call Services took home seven awards at the 27th Home Builders Association of Delaware Annual Regal Awards May 17, including best remodeler in Sussex County and for the State of Delaware. This marks the second year in a row for both awards. The awards are judged on design, craftsmanship and overall quality of production.

One Call Services is a full-service home remodeling company that has served eastern Sussex County for 20 years.

President and owner James Stevenson takes pride in his company’s established relationships in the community, and the talented employees, trade contractors, and vendors they work with. “It’s really an honor, and a testament to all of the people involved,” said Stevenson. “It feels incredible to be recognized by our industry. We are confident in what we’re doing, and we know we do a good job, but the acknowledgment from the Regal judges is good for the soul. I think it actually pushes us forward in a way.”

Vice President Khara Landon was beaming with pride. “Each of our customers’ jobs are like small odysseys,” she said. “We start with our customer’s idea, cultivate it into a design, and deliver it in a way that makes people happy. It’s a journey we take with them. Our goal is always to make their dreams come true.”

Landon is an accomplished kitchen and bathroom designer who has won several awards this year and in years past. She said, “I love to win for our team and for our clients!”

Julie Stevenson, office and marketing manager, took home an award for Best Website. “Showcasing our team’s beautiful work on our website has been a true joy,” she said. “I love to see the before-and-after photos of our projects. It is truly remarkable to see the transformations!”
