Oyster Eat will be drive-through event Feb. 27

Georgetown Fire Company will continue a tradition spanning eight decades Saturday, Feb. 27, with an Oyster Eat like none other.
The 84th annual Oyster Eat will be a drive-through event from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.; the fire company will accept preorders for the Oyster Eat.
The event is still in the planning stages, according to a post on the Georgetown Fire Company's Facebook page. The company’s website is georgetown77.com.
Shrimp Feast canceled
Another popular February event, the Lewes Fire Department’s Shrimp Feast, has been canceled for 2021.
