The Parker Group, a leading name in the local real estate industry, recently announced the launch of its commercial real estate division.

The real estate brokerage was founded in 2019 and has since earned a track record of success in the residential market. Owners Dustin and Rachel Parker are launching a commercial division to meet the particular needs of local businesses, developers and commercial real estate investors.

Over the past several years, the Parkers have developed a deep understanding of the local market, significant expertise in managing state agency procedures and permitting, and an exceptional ability to identify tax credits and incentives that greatly benefit their clients.
