Patricia P. Brown, Vlasic retiree

Patricia P. Brown, 88, of Milton, passed away peacefully Saturday, Nov. 4, 2023, in the care of Cadia Healthcare Renaissance in Millsboro. 

She was born Sept. 1, 1935, in Lewes, to the late Kline and Bertie (Bryan) Pepper.

After 25 years she retired from Vlasic Foods in Millsboro. Throughout the years, she enjoyed babysitting the children in her neighborhood. Her two precious grandchildren gave her life’s greatest joy and pleasure. Mom-Mom was always their biggest fan and supporter. 

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Richard Brown; and her son, Joe “Kim” Brown. 

She will be greatly missed by her children, Carol Betts and husband Dave, Kristie Legates and husband Clem, and Patrick Brown and wife Cindy; her grandchildren, Parker and Mackinzie Brown, and her sister, Maryellen Knotts.

Memorial services will be held at noon, Monday, Nov. 13, at Short Funeral Services, 416 Federal St., Milton. A time of visitation will begin at 11 a.m. Interment will be private.
