Patterson-Schwartz Real Estate welcomes Dolores Desmond to the Rehoboth Beach sales team.

Desmond is a real estate industry veteran with more than 20 years of full-time sales experience. For the past 11 years, she has earned recognition as one of the area’s top producers while serving as broker and vice president for her local sales office. She has also earned her Certified Distressed Property Expert designation, and her Pricing Strategy Advisor and Accredited Buyer Representative certifications, plus she is a Certified Military Specialist.

Desmond spent her childhood in Delaware County, and in 1992 moved to Milton to be closer to her family. With four out of five siblings owning property in Sussex County and a mom living in Rehoboth, she and family are deeply rooted in the area. When not assisting clients, she loves spending time with her three grown children and four grandchildren. 

Desmond serves the local community through her involvement with the SCAOR Community Service Foundation and the Women’s Council of Realtors, of which she is a founding charter member for Sussex County and a former board member. She also supports the efforts of Big Brothers Big Sisters, Meals on Wheels and Ducks Unlimited.
