Pepco Holdings counsel Wendy Stark named senior vice president

Pepco Holdings has named Wendy Stark as senior vice president for legal and regulatory strategy, and general counsel. She replaces Paul Bonney, who will retire in December after a 28-year career with Pepco Holdings and the Exelon family of companies.

Stark is currently vice president and general counsel, overseeing legal strategy and supervising the attorney staff for Pepco Holdings, which includes Delmarva Power, Atlantic City Electric and Pepco. In her new role, she will add to her responsibilities oversight of the engagement with state and District of Columbia regulatory agencies, and the filings that support new and transformational energy initiatives, regulatory rate reviews, and other efforts that support the advancement of energy service for customers.
