P.J. Stratton signs with Ursinus to play football and run track

P.J. Stratton, a Sussex Central first-team all-state running back with 1,135 rushing yards, has signed a letter of intent to attend Ursinus University.

Stratton plans to play football and run track for the Bears, a Division III program that plays in the Centennial Conference. Schools on the Ursinus football schedule include Gettysburg, Bethany College, Juniata, Moravian, Johns Hopkins, Muhlenberg, Susquehanna, McDaniel, Franklin & Marshall, and Dickinson.

Pete Gallagher has been the head football coach at Ursinus for the last 20 years. Carl Blickle, a 2008 Salisbury University graduate, is the head coach of track and field.
