Popelka promoted at Delaware Community Foundation

The Delaware Community Foundation announced Matt Popelka has been promoted to marketing and communications coordinator.

Popelka joined the foundation marketing and communications team in 2022. His new title reflects additional project management and strategic responsibilities, said Allison Taylor Levine, DCF vice president for marketing and communications.

“Matt has taken on a significant role in managing our internal and external communications, particularly our annual report and Building Opportunity in Delaware initiative,” Levine said. “He has an integral role in the DCF’s work to strengthen community, equity and democracy in Delaware.”
