Rehoboth Art League holiday-themed classes start Dec. 16

The Rehoboth Art League will host several holiday-inspired classes for students ages 18 and above at a beginner skill level. Classes meet on the league’s historic campus at 12 Dodds Lane, Henlopen Acres.

Gerilyn Gaskill will lead two one-day Advancing in Watercolor classes.

Students will create simple watercolor paintings perfect for personalized holiday cards from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., Monday, Dec. 16.

For Birds in Winter, Gaskill will lead participants in painting fun-loving holiday birds adorned with hats, scarves and a touch of personality. The class will take place from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., Wednesday, Dec. 18.

Edilu Nehrbas will teach a class using pen, ink and watercolor technique to create loose and free miniatures with a winter theme. The class will run from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., Thursday, Dec. 19. Participants will make holiday cards to mat and frame, or send to friends and family. Learn more at rehobothartleague.org.
