Rehoboth Beach Barbell Club hosts powerlifting championships

Dozens of people of all ages compete in squat, bench and deadlift

Men and women from across the state participated Feb. 25 in the 2023 USA Powerlifting Delaware State Championships at the Rehoboth Beach Barbell Club.

Broken into age groups and following strict form-related requirements, athletes competed in three lifts – squat, bench and deadlift.
