Rehoboth hosts 38th USLA Mid-Atlantic Regional Championships

The USLA Mid-Atlantic Regional Championships were held in Rehoboth Beach July 10. The 38th annual event showcased the skills and knowledge necessary to be a lifeguard. Competitions were held in soft sand 2K, 400-meter surf swim, swimmer rescue race, 4-by-100 sprint, landline rescue race, paddle rescue and run-swim-run.
