Rehoboth Walmart celebrates remodel
Just in time for the holiday season, the Rehoboth Beach Walmart celebrated the completion of an extensive remodeling project with a grand reopening Nov. 4.
Store Manager Jessica Burke said store improvements include interior and exterior refurbishing, a new digital space with more options for customers, expanded pickup and delivery options, a new mother’s nursing room, and a mural that lets people know they’re in Rehoboth Beach.
As part of the celebration, Walmart donated $3,000 to Angels for Everyday Heroes and the Village Improvement Association in Rehoboth Beach, and $1,000 to the Sussex Central JROTC.
