Rep. Lisa Blunt Rochester addresses Shore Democrats

The Shore Democrats group hosted U.S. Rep. Lisa Blunt Rochester at its Oct. 16 meeting in Ocean View. Blunt Rochester seeks to fill the U.S. Senate seat being vacated by retiring Sen. Tom Carper.  

In a rousing and uplifting speech, Blunt Rochester expressed her gratitude for the Shore Democrats’ support and encouraged members to vote, to help get people out to vote, and to reach out to residents to support Democratic candidates. After speaking, she greeted all attendees and posed for many pictures.
