Robert ‘Bobby’ F. Moulton, worked in construction

Robert "Bobby" F. Moulton, 79, of Lewes passed away suddenly Saturday, July 3, 2021, of heart failure at Beebe Healthcare in Lewes, just shy of his 80th birthday. He was born July 5, 1941, in Wilmington, son of the late Francis and Sarah (Truitt) Moulton.

Bobby spent his life career in the construction industry having worked for Counties Contractors and Construction Co. and Henkle's & McCoy. He fulfilled a lifelong dream of building a house and retiring in Lewes.

An avid outdoorsman, he loved the beach, hosting gatherings in his garage, affectionately known as "The Crow's Nest," and collecting low-digit DE tags.

He is survived by the cousins he grew up with, Margaret (Peggy) Truitt of Wilmington, Susan Dougherty of Rehoboth Beach and Deborah Griffith of Wilmington; as well as the extended Truitt and Glynn Family.

A funeral service will be held Wednesday, July 14, at 11 a.m., at Parsell Funeral Homes and Crematorium, Atkins-Lodge Chapel, 16961 Kings Highway, Lewes, where friends may visit beginning at 10 a.m. Interment will be private.
