Sales agent Bryan Bowles joins Andy Staton Group

May 28, 2016

The management, staff, and agents of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Gallo Realty welcome sales agent Bryan Bowles to their Rehoboth Beach office. Since obtaining his bachelor of arts degree from High Point University in 1993, Bowles has been an experienced buyer and seller in the real estate industry for the past 18 years.

It comes as to no surprise that his passion for real estate has transformed into a full-time career. As a personal trainer for the past 22 years to NBA, NFL and Olympic athletes as well as White House staffers, Bowles has helped people of all ages and abilities develop physically, grow in self-confidence and achieve what once was thought of as unachievable.

Listening to the consumer, understanding the goal, and organizing a game plan has been a successful formula for Bowles in his career. He takes his skills and maximizes his best efforts to deliver the tools each client will need to purchase his or her next home. Buying a home is a huge decision, and Bowles understands it takes a trustworthy sales associate to guide and lead throughout the process.

While Bowles grew up in Rockville, Md., Rehoboth Beach has always been a second home to him. Since Bowles was an infant, his grandparents and parents have owned homes in the area, which allowed him to spend all his summers at the beach. His fond memories, the cohesive beach community and the quality of life at the beach were factors in his decision to reside here full time.

“Raising my family in Rehoboth Beach has been incredibly rewarding and enjoyable. I couldn’t imagine living anywhere else,” said Bowles. He and his wife Shannon have two children, daughter Alleigh and son A.J. Bowles continues his interest in fitness by competing in Ironman-distance triathlons and ultimately working toward his 25-year goal of running 100 marathons, which includes 50 states and six continents. He has completed an incredible 82 marathons and three ultra marathons.

Bowles said “I’m built for endurance . . . I will go above and beyond the basics and provide the extra effort for all of my buyers and sellers. My goal for each transaction is to listen to my clients and help them to reach their ultimate goal by providing the best possible service.”

To reach Bowles at his 37230 Rehoboth Ave. office, call 302-227-6101 or email bryan@andytoday.com.
