Schell Brothers opens new Kingfisher Model at Sawgrass North
The Schell Brothers team at Sawgrass North celebrated its official opening with a ribbon-cutting ceremony in conjunction with the Rehoboth Beach-Dewey Beach Chamber of Commerce Oct. 18 just before the Model Grand Opening event. The Kingfisher is one of Schell Brothers’ most popular designs as it offers multiple elevations and structural options, allowing buyers to personalize the home to meet their needs. The Kingfisher model at Sawgrass North is open Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Sunday 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sawgrass North is located on Old Landing Road in Rehoboth Beach.
