Sea Light Design-Build wins Delaware Remodeler of the Year

The Builders and Remodelers Association of Delaware recently held its 31st Annual Regal Awards at Lighthouse Cove Event Center in Dewey Beach. The ceremony highlights excellence in the Delaware home building industry, and more than 200 people were in attendance.

Sea Light Design-Build won 11 Regal Awards, including the coveted Regal Award for Delaware Remodeler of the Year for the fourth consecutive time.

Sea Light won Best Owner’s Suite Design for a Remodeler, Best Kitchen Design, Best Bathroom Design, Best Renovation over $300,000 for a Remodeler, Best Residential Addition/Alteration over $50,000, Best Informational Brochure, Best Website for a Remodeler and Sussex County Remodeling Excellence of the Year.

Two of the staff also won awards. Katie Sanchez won Selections/Options Coordinator of the Year again this year, and Brendan Welch won Project/Production Manager of the Year.
