The Annual Sea Witch Halloween & Fiddlers' Festival Parade had hundreds of walking and rolling entries this year. From traditional witches to political candidates, there was a lot of creativity. The fiddlers were fiddling on the Bandstand, and vendors were painting faces and offering dog kisses while the kids played games on the beach.
