Thousands enjoy perfect weather for festivities

The 2023 Rehoboth Beach-Dewey Beach Chamber of Commerce Sea Witch Parade stepped off Oct. 28 in Rehoboth Beach. The parade and a myriad of other Halloween-themed events sponsored by the Rehoboth-Dewey Chamber were enjoyed by thousands of people. The Sea Witch Festival continued Oct. 29, with the Sea Witch Costumed Dog Parade.
