Stone and Sage expands with holistic healing center

Stone and Sage recently announced its expansion in downtown Milford with a holistic healing center offering crystal light therapy, yoga, massage, reiki, infrared therapy, sound baths, drum circles and halotherapy in a Himalayan salt room.

After opening Stone and Sage in 2022, owner Cat Perfetti quickly realized she needed more room. “We had been offering tarot reading, crystal light therapy, reiki and hosting classes at our current location, which includes all of our retail as well. Our classes and therapies outgrew our available rooms almost immediately. So, we were on the hunt for somewhere that we could hold a lot of people, doing a lot of different things all at once.”

While the retail location of Stone and Sage will remain at its current location 10 SE Front St., Milford, the new holistic healing center is open at 37 N. Walnut St. Perfetti said, “It was the old Milford Chronicle building. And it was just kind of sitting there with all these new businesses popping up around it. From the outside, I always thought it would be way too small, but once inside, I could envision everything happening there.”

Downtown Milford has seen a surge of new businesses and eateries opening within the last year.

“We are super excited to bring all these great holistic opportunities to Milford. It’s a community that is growing so fast,” said Perfetti. “Watching the transformations in people who, after only a couple visits, find comfort and peace – helping people feel healthier and being their best them – I am just grateful to be a part of that.”
