Stone & Sage brings crystal therapy to Milford

Stone and Sage owner Cat Perfetti is pleased to announce the opening of its crystal light therapy room.

The colorful isolation room provides the perfect nook for listening to soothing sounds while meditating under the healing crystal light lamp. The copper light fixture holds seven healing crystals, each set to the corresponding chakra color, from crown chakra to root chakra.

“It is the perfect mini getaway from the day. A room to be by yourself with your thoughts and self-reflection,” said Perfetti. “The room is great place to help bring balance and peace, and a sense of overall well-being and calm to our hectic lives.”

Wearing light, comfortable clothing, visitors set their intentions for meditation or prayer. A consultant will help them recline onto the therapy table with optional pillow, blanket and eye covering. Meditation music will play while the crystals illuminate from above, emanating cleansing energy.

“It is truly a unique experience, and one I am so happy I could bring here to Milford. When you can be a part of helping someone on their healing journey, it’s a pretty special feeling,” Perfetti said.

The crystal light therapy room can be booked for 20 to 45 minutes, or up to a one-hour session. Reiki services with reiki master Miss Coexist are also available to pair with the healing light session or book separately.
