On the road adjacent to Giant Foods, there was a huge pothole for months. I complained to the service desk at least twice a week. Nothing happened. I complained to the assistant manager, who said it was out of Giant's hands. About a week ago, I mentioned the problem to Sussex County Councilman Mark Schaeffer. He said it was not in his jurisdiction, but he knew who to contact. In about one day, the problem was fixed. The huge, dangerous pothole was gone!
