Cape Henlopen High School Theatre Academy presented Theatre Rocks! a benefit for Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS, June 7 at Cape Henlopen High School.
All proceeds were donated in honor of the late Cashetta Scott Weston, who performed in the 2014 inaugural benefit.
Under the direction of Martha Pfeiffer, Cape students performed about 20 songs with dancing accompanied by a local favorite as back up band, Conjunktion Funktion. Baltimore-based rock band Geisha Down performed after Act 1.
