Touched by the kindness of strangers

August 27, 2024

I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the Good Samaritans who came to the aid of my friend at the Tanger Outlets parking lot yesterday. She tripped on a curb and fell, striking her face and losing a tooth. She suffered a facial laceration and abrasions. Within a minute or two, at least six people gathered and offered water, ice and Band-Aids.

One person even called her dentist’s office to see if they would see her. I was overwhelmed by this response, and am happy to be a new resident in such a welcoming environment. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to all of you.
