Vickie York Realty merges with Sotheby’s International

Vickie York at the beach Realty in Bethany Beach has merged with Ocean Atlantic Sotheby’s International Realty of Rehoboth Beach to become a part of the Sotheby’s International Realty luxury real estate network.

Ocean Atlantic Sotheby’s International Realty purchased the Bethany Beach office of Vickie York at the beach Realty; however, Vickie York will continue to play a key role in the business. Owned and managed by York, the office will merge into Ocean Atlantic Agency’s current operations and do business as Ocean Atlantic Sotheby’s International Realty, leaving the company with a presence in the Rehoboth and Bethany resort areas.

There are more than a dozen sales associates in Bethany and more than 60 sales associates servicing the Rehoboth Beach, Dewey Beach, Lewes, Milton and surrounding areas.
