Victoria Genevieve Addor, talented artist

Victoria Genevieve Addor, 40, of Dover, passed away unexpectedly Friday, June 16, 2023, at Bayhealth Hospital, Kent Campus.

Victoria was born May 24, 1983, in Milford, to George J. and Deborah (Pepe) Addor of Milton.

She was a 2001 graduate of Cape Henlopen High School and a student at Delaware College of Art and Design. She was a substance abuse counselor most recently at RI International. Her love for art was evident throughout her many hobbies. She was a talented henna tattoo artist and a photography enthusiast. In her senior year of high school, she was the Delaware winner of the Twentieth Annual Congressional Arts Competition. Her interpretation of Adam and Eve was displayed in the U.S. Capitol’s Cannon Hallway for one year. She loved her four cats, who she considered her babies. Just over two years ago, she finally found the love of her life, Kevin J. Baron Sr.

In addition to her parents, she will be greatly missed by her fiancé, Kevin J. Baron Sr.; her brother, Christian Addor and spouse, Chris Reachard; her sister, Leah Myers and spouse Daniel Myers; her brother, David Addor and spouse Loreto Addor; her nieces, Isabelle Addor, Elizabeth Addor, Thoryn Myers and Eva Myers; and her stepchildren, Julianna Baron, Kevin Baron Jr., Michele Baron and Lynne Baron.

A time of visitation will be held from noon to 2 p.m., Monday, June 26, at Short Funeral Services chapel, 416 Federal St., Milton, with funeral services to follow at 2 p.m. Interment will be held at Odd Fellows Cemetery in Milton.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to Short Funeral Services, P.O. Box 233, Milton, DE 19968 to help defray funeral costs.
