William Snow, Rehoboth Art League member

William "Bill" Snow passed away Wednesday, July 3, 2024, at The Moorings at Lewes in Lewes. Bill was born in Berkeley, Calif., and later moved to the D.C. area, where he attended GW University, earning his PhD.

There, he met his partner and husband of 42 years, Richie, and together they bought their first home in Rehoboth Beach in 1994. Bill was a member of the Rehoboth Art League, and after retiring in 2009, became very devoted to his painting and was invited to become a member of the Salmagundi Club in NYC. Never one to stay idle, he also believed in giving back to his community and became an instructor at ESL - English as a Second Language at Lutheran Church of Our Savior in Rehoboth Beach. Bill will be deeply and genuinely missed by all the lives he touched.

Bill is survived by his nephew, Ken Hagist; his sister-in-law, Lin Pagnotta; and some close cousins.
