The GFWC Zwaanendael Women’s Club sponsors a scholarship annually for a nursing student who has achieved academic excellence in their first semester at the Margaret H. Rollins School of Nursing at Beebe Healthcare.

This year’s scholarship recipient is Ryan Clagett of Wyoming.

After graduating, Clagett plans to complete a bachelor’s degree in nursing while working in Beebe’s critical care unit. His career goal is to become a registered nurse anesthetist. A combat medic in the Delaware Army National Guard, Clagett also plans to become commissioned as a nursing officer to continue his service to the state of Delaware and the country.

The Margaret H. Rollins School of Nursing at Beebe Healthcare is accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing and is a designated Center of Excellence in Nursing Education by the National League for Nursing.
