My friend Bonnie is a Plant-Based Educator in the Mountains of Asheville, NC, as I am at the Beach in Lewes/Rehoboth, DE. Both of us are preparing for our city VegFests this next weekend, June 8-10, 2018. We are especially happy to share with others the challenge, excitement and energy we are experiencing this year.

The City of Asheville is leading the nation as first ever to proclaim a city-wide vegan challenge for 7 days. Pictured is the Mayor’s Proclamation and a link to Asheville’s official guide with nutritional information, delicious plant-based meal plan and recipes.
