Dear Chef,

We are looking for a first rate whole food plant-based meal with no added oil.  Can you do this for us?

We have been inspired by former President Bill Clinton who reversed his heart disease and lost a significant amount of weight when he changed his diet from animal-based to plant based.  In addition to experiencing amazing health benefits, we have learned that many other chronic diseases such as diabetes, obesity, and some cancers as well as a host of autoimmune diseases can be prevented and reversed by making these dietary changes. We have also discovered that the demand for animal-based foods places an unsustainable burden on the earth’s resources and worsens climate change.  For guidance we turn to expert chefs, doctors, nutritionists, and researchers:  Barnard, Bravo, Campbells, Esselstyns, Fuhrman, Greger, McDougalls, Novick, Oppenlander, Ornish and Robbins.

At home we meet all of our nutritional needs by eating an abundance of vegetables, fruits, whole grains and beans prepared in a great variety of wonderful, delicious and creative ways. We love our new way of eating and the health benefits that result.  We also love to dine out. But often this is a “hit or miss” experience. We are hoping to change that one meal at a time, one chef at a time.  We are looking for a chef who can prepare a top notch whole food plant-based restaurant meal with no added oil and will place it on the menu for everyone to enjoy.  Can we count on you?
