Delaware Shore Indoor League Wrap-Up

Elementary Division

Team Myers defeated Team Wells for third place in the championship round by a final score of 4-0. Madeline Pepper had the hat trick for Myers and Aubrie Myers had a solo goal. The championship game between Team Swope (#1 seed) and Team Long (#2 seed) was an overtime outcome with Maddie Long getting the winning goal at 1:10 of the five minute overtime period. Lily Manlove had scored to give Team Swope the lead at halftime. Lyndsey Weller scored midway through the second half to put the game into overtime.

Adult Division

Team #2 defeated Team #3 for third place in the league playoffs. Scoring for Team #2: Robin Corrozi, Allison Griffith, Madi Irwin (2), and Lisa Williams. Team #3 goals were scored by: Brittany Betts, Lexi Gooch, and Kelly Palekar (2).

Team #1 defeated Team #4 in the championship game by a final of 5-1. Team #1 had goals scored by: Sydney Ostroski (3) and Emily Walls (2), while Khara Landon had the goal for Team #4.

Senior Division

Team Karl won the championship of this division with a final record of 6-0-2, earning 20 points through the winter season. Team Hennen finished in second place with a record of 5-1-2, which earned the team 17 points.
