The Physicians Committee at pcrm.org is ready to guide you with free information and recipes. I use this information daily to remind myself that a diet that includes a variety of beans, vegetables, whole grains, and fruit will provide everything I need to build and sustain good health. This is called a plant-based diet that is free of all animal products which have been found to be detrimental to human health.
I have been following a plant-based diet guided by the Physicians Committee for over a decade with remarkable results.
