THE POWER OF BOOKS

Nearly 5 years ago, one book, The China Study by T. Colin Campbell, Ph.D., convinced my husband and me to stop eating meat, dairy and processed foods and adopt a Whole Food Plant-Based diet to restore health and vitality.  We immediately abandoned our beloved meat-centered meals and have never looked back.  The power of this one book to change our lives so dramatically for good is nothing short of profound.

Since then we’ve found many other exceptional books which address the impact of food choice on the well-being of humans, livestock and the environment.  These books and their authors, many of whom we have met, are our constant guides on this Plant-Based Journey to restored personal and global health.  Some of our favorites are pictured above and listed below in alphabetical order by author in hopes that you, too, will find at least one among them that speaks to you.
