Celebrate the goodness and fun of Plant-Based eating with SANTA KABOBS! You don’t have to be a kid to enjoy Treat #2 of our 12 Plant-Based Treats. This idea came from my friend Sally who brought them to a holiday potluck where they disappeared as quick as a wink.
To make them she assembled strawberries, green grapes, banana slices and marshmallows (DANDIES minis made with no animal products are available from Amazon).
Then she whipped up a creamy, no cook chocolate dipping sauce as follows:
3 TBSP vanilla soy yogurt
3 TBSP Organic Cacao
3 TBSP maple syrup
Kabobs formed a circle around the dipping sauce in the center. Perfect meat- free, dairy-free treat for the holidays!
