It's snowing tonight during President Barack Obama's State of the Union address. At the Canalfront Park in Lewes, snow once again is adding a wintry flourish to the scene.
Forecasters say temperatures will rise and rain may fall by Saturday. We sure could use the warmth, and the cleansing showers would bring the color of our roads back to what we're used to and happier with.
